Fan Oven to Conventional Oven Temperature Conversion
Fan oven temperatures run about 20°C (35°F) lower than conventional. 180°C fan = 200°C conventional = 400°F.
Rule of thumb: Subtract 20°C (or 35°F) from the conventional temperature to get the fan oven temperature.
